Why this business was started

I had a burning desire to make money online and build a brand where customers are passionate about the products. It's an amazing feeling when the customers are writing back to give positive reviews which gives a brand a new meaning when you are actually making people's lives better.

I also wanted to create a brand around these products because it was fully untapped when I started it and this brand is still dominating this specific market. Like I said before, people can't just sell the same products because they are custom made and that it requires a lot of work to make custom content (will explain this in PM).

The reason of selling this business

I need to invest the money into my other brand that i'm building right now and I feel like I have grown out of this brand. It was my first success with e-commerce where I got all of my experience and knowledge about market research, making ads, hiring people, and building a long-term brand.

What's involved in running this business

The brand is built with a professionally made logo, 2+ winning products, ad accounts and automated order fulfilment with a private agent in China. The main focus will be to run Facebook ads. Retargeting campaigns have been setup already. I can help you with the customer service or anything you need help with the first weeks. Customer support takes only about 15-25 min per day at scale.

  • An amazing sourcing agent in China that i'm still using for my other brands. (most customers are from EU, and AU so shipping from China is the most convenient way). They are connected to the store and they are sending out the orders almost everyday (not on Sundays).

Other details about profit: Most of the profit and revenue is made during Q4 because this is the perfect gift. ! Profit can be increased by improving email marketing to current customers, add extra products in this Niche, and lower the product cost by buying larger stock. Our email marketing systems are bringing in a lot of revenue per month when scaling. Profit was lower from October 2020 to February 2021 because of high shipping prices due to COVID-19.

    How to grow this business

    (i'm keeping the product's name etc secret until a serious entrepreneur wants to know more. This brand is the dominating and go-to brand in this market). - Valuation price* $99,100.00 -

    1.) My plan was to keep running this brand for at least 1-2 years more and pump up the revenue this Q4 before selling it for a higher price than now and I would definitely expand the market by adding more products into the store but for different niches close to it. The main competition in this market is basically not doing any Facebook ads, or any good marketing and their company is very old.

    4.24% of the customers are coming back and people are loving our brand. This is a brand I'm really proud of building from scratch because it's very unique and the customers are really enthusiastic about the products.

    This brand had custom made products to it's impossible for someone to just copy this store and it's hard to any competition to come in and compete because of the upfront investment needed to get started. I will explain this if you want to know more.

    2.) I would also expand to other marketing platforms such as Pinterest, Google, and maybe TikTok to target more people.

    3.) Improve the current products to make it more unique (add more details) like many listings on Amazon that people are loving after doing marketing research. I can't say the specifics here but I will tell you everything about this if you ask.

    4.) The email list of 3000+ are very niche specific and an sms list of over 1500 people.

    The new owners will need knowledge about making ads, running ads, and marketing and how to keep the customers happy. The customers are loving these products so it's extremely important to keep it this way.

    You need to have a strong entrepreneurial mindset when running this brand and think about the long-term. This brand will increase even more in value within a few years which will be a great investment for an entrepreneur.
