Why this business was started

I started his business back in May 2020, I actually found this product in a article talking about some good product inventions made in the 80s and since I had never seen this product before I though I'd ask my agent if they could supply it and we went from there.

The reason of selling this business

There are a few reasons for selling this store, the main one is that I have other stores running that I have invested stock in the United States for and the management of these stores does take a lot of time and investment. Which then means I'm unable to invest into this business for stuff like stock etc. and that leaves t rely on the dropshipping model which is great, but there isn't as much room for scalability as there would be if I was able to order large amounts of stock and scale from there. And this just leaves me at the point of making a couple of thousand a month from this store.

What's involved in running this business

The business involves selling a certain high quality fitness product at a premium price by presenting our business as a brand to all our potential customers.

As for the fulfilment side, we use agents in China for the fulfillment of all our orders, unfortunately I won't be recommending the agent as they are my personal team but I can help the buyer with the sourcing process by guiding them in the right direction.

Other details about profit: Valued at $80,000 by Exchange, this business is a highly profitable and automated one product store that has generated $145,000 in revenue within around 6 months.As for the listing price I have used a multiple of x5 with the very recent profit margins in consideration starting from February and I have voided the previous results as there has been a big gap in the revenue even though the profits back then were around 30%. I understand the multiple is usually around at x30, however with the big gap I think this is a very fair valuation. Also regarding the big gap in-between the months where the store was making almost 0 revenue, that was because of a business manager ban and it took us quite a long time to get everything sorted with FB and eventually move to a completely new business manager.

    How to grow this business

    First I would focus on finding an incredible supplier for this product and building really good relations with him/her. And while the whole coronavirus situation is still going on, I would focus on sticking to China fulfilment, but once everything calms down the best thing to do would definitely be moving to US fulfilment and private labelling the product as there is a very high demand for this product in the US.

    This business would be perfect for both beginners and veterans in the dropshipping space. It would provide beginners with the most simple way of entering the dropshipping space and make good revenue from the start as this is already a proven product with a proven website.

    And for veterans who know what they are doing, they could potentially scale this to the moon as I have mentioned before as everything in this store has been set up. All that the buyer would need is good advertising strategies and a good sourcing connections where they may be able to get a lot more units of stock.
