In late 2017 I met Shopify, and I was amazed by how you can run a business online without having inventory, and I started to learn from then.
So I went all in full-time drop shipping. I failed multiple times until I got better; it took me around 6-8 months to continuously have sales. From then on, I have replicated my success multiple times.
I saw a similar Product on a competitor site with 11million video views on facebook and searched for a similar item but for a slightly different audience. I tested the Product and got profitable sales from day one. I think it could be scaled to 50k a month or more easily.
I see great potential for this business and wouldn't sell it but i got a stripe hold and now i can't scale without a credit card processor. Total Revenue $17,015.19 in less than 2 months, mainly all made in December 2019!

I genuinely believe that in the right hands, this business can be grown to 6+ figures each month. I wouldn't sell this store but i got a hold on my credit card processor and now i have to wait and can't scale the product. This business model is drop shipping so it is relatively easy. I have established a very good relationship with a supplier that afforded us good rates and give us the best customer support.

How to grow this business
I would spend more on Facebook ads because the product is still hot and could be scaled to 50k-100k. I would also contact some influencers to pay for shout outs and get unique video content for facebook ads.
Skills to have
Personally, I think that you'll need to have solid knowledge on how to run Facebook ads because all the revenue I made (about 17000$) was through paid traffic from Facebook and Instagram. You'll have to deal with emails from your customers manage social pages and respond to messages. Finally a good knowledge of how to manage orders, edit pages and some other basic tasks in the platform (Shopify). The last part is easy and you can learn it on youtube within 2-3 hours.
