Why this business was started
This was my first dropshipping store and I started it to get my feet wet with ecommerce. I chose women's swimwear because it is one of those niches that is always going to be popular. A good thing about working directly with a vendor is that the amount of shipping errors are reduced. This store is seasonal and during it's peak performance months (March-May) of 2018 the store did EXTREMELY well and brought in a lot of money.
The reason of selling this business
This was my first dropshipping store and a few years ago it made me a lot of money. I haven't done anything with the store for a good while now because I moved on to other projects. However, I didn't want to let this gem go to waste so I'm selling it at a very discounted price.
What's involved in running this business
When orders come in you export a csv file and send it to Nancy (vendor). She will fulfill the orders and send you the tracking info. That's pretty much it. If you would like to send the tracking info to each of your customers you can definitely do this, or hire someone to do it for you.
