Why this business was started
I decided to start this business because I was tired of working 14 hours per day for other people and not having a proper life, this store allowed me to quit my job after 3 month of running it.
I opened the store in the kitchen niche because I was working on a restaurant, so is something that I'm interest in, and basically the store started to be profitable from the first week and has always be profitable until present. ( I can prove everything with screenshot or video of the ads account and every expenses)
The reason of selling this business
Now I'm in a position where I need to make a choice:
1) keep running this store and scale it implementing new advertising and marketing strategy as it should be done.
2) Sell it and focus 100% with all my energy in my new business.
Now I'm running an adverting agency and I have too much clients to take care, I'm no longer able to follow both business, even if running the store, as it is now, that is doing 20K month, it really takes just 1 hour per day (fulfilling orders 15/20 mins + customer service 20/40 mins )
I realise that in order to scale my agency I can't be distracted even 1 hours per day, I need maximum focus on my clients business or I will loose them.
