      Our supplier is connected to our Shopify store via a Shopify app and fulfill our orders automatically. We wire transfer them US Dollars and they order our products to their warehouse, repackage them, ship them, and fulfill our orders on Shopify with tracking numbers. We have kept close count of the money we have sent them and the receipts of our fulfilled orders and have never caught a miscalculation or an attempt to steal. If our products are damaged in transit, the wrong product was sent, or the package never leaves China, they reship the order for free. Every order is sent in a nice branded zip bag with our logo and a cute thank-you note for supporting our small business. They quality test and send us photos of products when we are deciding which ones to put on our store and communicate with us quickly (Native English speakers).
