Why this business was started

Wanted to start a business that can be run by me and me alone. I prefer not to work for another company but to work for myself, it's a lot more exciting and the stakes are higher! It's alot of fun but also hard work. I have been updating and updating this site for months and the results reflect this.

The reason of selling this business

I will enter the restaurant business soon, so I won't have the time any more to run and manage this store and it's ad campaigns.

I could pause my store, but i can sell it also, let's see what happens.

It feels like the right time to sell to a buyer who is ready to pick it up on the go.

What's involved in running this business

Whats involved:

Primarily, you run ads on Facebook and or Google. You then fulfill incoming orders with Oberlo. This takes me about 60 minutes a day.

Besides the core tasks,

Product research: This is a dropshipping store, it's success depends on selling products that are in demand. I scout several sites for new products on a daily basis.

Monitoring: Once the advertisement is active I will monitor and check the results every couple hours to see if im getting enough clicks, added to carts and sales, You have to be on top of this, if you aren't then you might lose money.

Customer support: Customers can contact me if they have any questions regarding their order, I answer these questions on a daily basis. I have since added tabs to all product pages that display all information regarding shipping and a FAQ. Time is money and I want as less questions from customers as possible.

That's about everything that's involved in running the business. I am tirelessly educating myself on smoothing out the sales funnel, slowly taking away all concerns and objections for the customer. My conversions shows this, some of my products convert as high as 3%.

I have physical stock of Polarvision products.

    How to grow this business

    All revenue made has been made primarily in The Netherlands, Germany, Norway and Sweden. 2019 is the first year that the business is operational and the revenue and profits that have been generated are the result of trial and error for the most part. I now know what to do and what not to do, all these insights I will share with you.

    So in 2020 this site has the opportunity to 10X it''s revenue and profit. I am more then excited to do this myself, however I won't be able to, since i have other obligations in other fields of business entirely.
