How to grow this business
I would continue to grow the product line and perhaps buy stock in bulk to ship out of a 3rd Party Fullfillment Agency. I have also thought of building an amazon listing for each product in both the USA and Canada.
I would also continue to vertically scale all of our facebook ad sets as well as refine our google search campaigns. Google shopping ads/listings also can be put in place to increase exposure and therefor increase revenue.
We are in the process of creating some organic video content of each product that can also be used to effectively create some more hype around the product/niche.
This business will continue to surge for at least another 6 months and it could continue to make steady sales for years if in the right hands.
Skills to have
You need to have a firm understanding of the Facebook Ads platform and Google Ads platform. I will assist with what is necessary. A lot of the ads are on auto pilot but you must know when to cut certain ad sets and when to add more.
You must have a sense of customer service as customers must be communicated with through these tough times.
