This brand was set up because we identified an opportunity in the market and wanted to grow something great while generating a profit in the process. We had no idea it would grow this big and have many happy customers in just only a year. We honestly believe it can grow to a multi-7 figure brand with the great team of staff we have and a continued focus on the customers satisfaction.
The reason of selling this business
I have decided to sell this brand as my marketing agency has taken on a lot of new and exciting projects with our clients as of late. Thus, my time and energy has been focused toward these new projects and not so much in scaling this brand. I believe a new owner will help grow this brand exponentially.
What's involved in running this business
The orders are processed and shipped by our agent with a warehouse in China. Orders are sent to our agent and factory partner and then processed on Alibaba managed by a member of our staff taking approx. 30 minutes per day. The products are then shipped to our customers daily. Customer service is handled by Live Chat support on Facebook messenger and additional emails are answered on outlook by our customer service staff. We also have a customer support line open for customers who need technical support this is usually done on a call-back basis. The Facebook and Google ads are optimized and scaled by our media buyer this includes our top of funnel, middle of funnel and bottom of funnel campaigns. When there is a new product launch our other staff prepares the ad videos, product graphics, and our media buyer launches the new product campaign on the respective ad platforms.

The new owner should just be able to manage and lead a team. This includes customer support team, media buyer, and creative staff. Facebook ads and google ads are run by our media buyer but I can also train the new owner on how to perform product launches, optimizations, and scaling.
