Why this business was started

I decided to start this business, because i was look to test products in the fitness niche. The first product, that i knew would do well. Did very well! So from there, I scaled the store quickly. In the first month doing $11,000+ revenue, while running at break even. That is amazing as i was collecting data and scaling very agressivly, and the next month was very similar, i did $20,000+ at a 10% net profit margin, very small amount but set it up for scaling. about this time is the same time my other stores blew up. I no longer had time for this store. (read next question to understand the rest)

The reason of selling this business

I decided to sell this business, and scale down because i wanted to just let it coast, and not have to spend time on it any more with maximum profits, due to needing to spend time on other stores/brands. I scaled down, but only left my very profitable adsets on. Started running at a 20% profit margin, at low scale. Overall want to sell this store because it is worth value, and i have no reason to keep it. to be able to pay back what they bought it for within a month. And the rest would be straight profit. Its a great deal for both me and the buyer.

Involved in running this business is mainly running facebook ads. As you will have a VA to cover the customer service, and order fulfillment. Your main job will be checking and vertically/horizontally scaling your ads in order to continue to scale up and make more profit.

Other details about profit: Profit margins would range from 20-30%. Huge scaleable potential, store converts well and has good backend and automation. Would average around $30,000 in sales a month, however I did a lot of testing to find the optimal price for profitability and some months I took a break which is the reason the total sales is not higher. The shopify details are not as accurate because I began selling again after a break and had tremendous profitability.

The more you build up customers now, over the next couple years you'll have much more data than all your opponents and dominate the niche.

    The new owner should have a basic knowledge of facebook ads. The new owner would also likely need to hire a VA due to high orders and cheap labor. Easily could be hired on upwork or fiverr, and will deliver great results. That way you can focus your time on facebook ads.
