Having run businesses since 2000, we listen to Women seeking better products. Both the boutique buyers and end consumers share the unaddressed needs are, which always includes lasting quality and styling. Combined with our compostable packaging, always leaning in to making all of it more sustainable. Beginning in 2019 I was privileged to be in partnership with a family owned factory, we were able to execute these first 6 essential collections to satisfy these open markets. Head to Heel fashion; loungewear XS-4XL and foundations 30-50- A-L cups. PARATUS | OMNIA has built lasting friendships through clients wardrobe they love, using innovative designs to successfully fit a range of over 50 body sizes and colors to fit everyone's tastes. The reason of selling this business

We have set up automation and 99% real time inventory to drop ship our designer lingerie to Nordstrom, a premiere selling $90K in first 9 months at wholesale, we sold out of key sizes in 45 days on our test orders. Due to global 2021 supply chain issues, our sales slumped, but now we are finally back in stock in key products and sales are on the rise again. My passion lives in identifying new markets and developing on target products and designs; however marketing and sales are not my specialty. This business needs to continue to turn the inventory in order to keep this vertical factory incubator moving! Meanwhile, I have found a new endeavor connected to carbon-negative circular supply chain packaging; some made in and for the USA. Earth needs us to make dramatic and swift change if we are going to have a world worth living in. I've been given the opportunity to be a changemaker heading up pilot factories for sustainable packaging in the USA starting 2022.
**2/10/2022 INVENTORY UPDATE: 2of2 reorder is set to arrive in next weeks. This will be in addition to current inventory value and sales price, some of the very best sellers. Other details about profit: Net sales of $91,972 from 3/10/21-12/31/21 do not appear because our wholesale dropship business Nordstrom pays directly into our bank account. These sales are not appearing on the Shopify report- even though each order is downloaded and shipped 3rd party FedEx via Shipstation with hourly synchronized orders and - automated system inventory accuracy of 99%. Automation instruction and set up included with sale of website and inventory. We sold out of key styles within 45 days, and due to the pandemic and Covid complications to the global supply chain, the reorder inventory arrived much later than anticipated; January 12, 2022. Nordstrom buyer has said we can add any new styles at any time, they are pleased with our business, when in stock we were close to $20,000 in month 2; but because we sold out so quickly and the supply chain was affected by the pandemic, we had a decrease in sales, until now where we are back in stock in key styles and seeing sales on the rise again. I have built a 99% accurate real-time inventory system, using Shopify, which pulls orders from the Nordstrom system with all customer info. We batch print shipping labels using Shipstation, with 3rd party billing Fedex shipping costs. We are able to ship within 1 business day, although Nordstrom gives 1-3 days for fulfillment; this partnership and automated set up is included in the sales price of our store and this growing designer brand OMNIA PARATUS. Given the presence on Nordstrom, you can the leverage this to market the brand, and expand the direct to consumer sales, repeat sales and expansion of collections. Direct to consumer profits would triple with a focus on social media, influencers and advertising.

Direct to consumer/ Retail/Online and adding Wholesale Boutique sales would sky rocket revenue. Also, we are set up for Shopify's new wholesale platform Handshake.
