I decided to start this business because I wanted to escape the typical 9-5 rat race. The reason that I chose the industry/products that I did, is because the products that I sell are products that people do not think twice about spending money on. Most of our products are higher ticket items, but also items that people need, and will purchase without thinking twice. On top of that, I also chose this niche because the demand will always exists as long as humans exist. Our revenues and profits have grown to the point of a steady stream of income, well above living comfortably, and I am now ready to pass the torch and give somebody the opportunity to grow the business and already have a head start as far as income is concerned. The reason that I am selling this business it has an endless amounts of untapped potential, but I simply do not have the time to get it to where it needs to be. I have dedicated my the past 1.5 years of my life to this store, and it has taught me so much and lead me to other opportunities that I have discovered a passion for. Email marketing typically contributes to 33% of sales, and we have not even touched email marketing campaigns with a customer list of nearly 6,000 emails. I am now spending most of my time as an ecommerce consultant, teaching people how to create a successful online business, just like this one. This is where my true passion lies and it is occupying most of my time.     How to grow this business

    *PLEASE NOTE* Revenue numbers are an average since the date of opening a Shopify account. There are 10 months of building factored in, 5 of which the store was not active, we did not have products, and were not fully operational. The store has been fully operational since January 1st, 2021. This store has yielded a 6-figure PROFIT since Jan. 1, 2021.

    While we have experienced significant growth since our launch, there is a still a significant amount of untapped potential. Our success has come without utilizing a number of vital factors. The reason for this is simply due to being short staffed and not enough time in the day.

    The most impactful growth factor that would likely increase sales by 33% would be utilizing an email marketing campaign. We have a database with nearly 6,000 emails, but have not had the time to implement email marketing campaigns.

    Another growth factor would be that while we currently have 45 suppliers, there is still an endless amount of suppliers that we have not had the time to contact. We have products waiting to be uploaded, but again, have not had the time to do so.

    The store is beautifully designed, however, there are plenty of ways to increase the overall conversion of the website.

    We have not utilized social media marketing or influencers much beyond Facebook remarketing. This is obviously an area for massive growth.

    Our conversion rate is low, there is roughly 2% points that can be captured with some conversion rate optimization.

    On top of all of that, this business has the potential to be nearly 100% automated.

    I am a people person and I have built phenomenal relationships with all of my suppliers. A have suppliers that provide me with discounts due to our relationships, as well as provide me with priority placement for incoming inventory(they allow me to reserve inventory without paying upfront and still dropship all of our orders).

    Skills to have

    As far as skills and knowledge are concerned, I would be able to provide the new owner with introductions to all of our suppliers, teach them how to explore our ad campaigns, and the ins/outs of the store. That said, you really would not need many skills other than knowing how to use a computer.
