Why this business was started

I have been in e-commerce since 2014. I like creating a business idea and building a store around it. I built and sold two stores before this and I am ready to sell my third store.

I saw the increasing popularity of curly hair products and the lack of supply in the market. As a curly girl myself I know very well the struggles and tribulations of curly hair and what women like me want and need. I decided to focus on the hair extensions category as they have a high AOV and are in strong demand, especially for women with curly hair where length retention is a daily issue.

The reason of selling this business

I jumped into a new adventure at the beginning of the year in web3 and I really want to dedicate all my time to it now. For those reasons I am looking for a new home for my third store :)

What's involved in running this business

I have a freelancer that does customer service and a freelancer for social media and blogging. The orders are being fulfilled by a 3rd party fulfilment. You would have to run the the paid ads and order stock. I don't spend more than one day a week to run the store.

    How to grow this business

    Currently the store operates only in the European market and the demographic to which it caters is fragmented across different countries. * I would recommend to localise different stores in their respective languages / urls / currencies * I would increase the product assortiment with a new niche of products (I can elaborate on this, to whomever purchases the store from me) * You can consider expand to the USA to have access to a larger more centralised audience.

    Skills to have

    You need to have knowledge of e-commerce and the different channels you need to utilise to drive traffic and grow the brand, i.e SEO, paid ads, social media, influencers etc.

    Doing your research on beauty industry in general and curly hair products specifically is also recommended to give you an edge in the market.
