General description

I started [PRIVATE INFO] when I saw the need for healthier, safer teething rail covers for a baby's crib. After doing research and testing, I got a patent on the rail cover which includes the safety system that prevents the rail cover from falling into the crib. Organic toys were designed to hang from the rail cover as well as strollers, high chairs, carriers and more. Crib sheets and crib skirts were also introduced. I have put 5 years into research and testing to create this brand.
I have wholesale accounts with retailers such as BuyBuyBaby where I average around 60 orders a month. My shopify store is a small part of the business. Included with the store is the brand, trademarks, patent, inventory, social media accounts and domains. I will also give any contacts I use for inventory, social media, retailers, etc.. I am only able to give the store an hour a day and therefore feel it is best to sell it to someone who can grow the business to it's full potential. I hold all the inventory in a warehouse and plan on moving to a fulfillment center. I currently drop ship all orders. The brand has many great reviews and has the potential to grow tremendously.

The business can be improved simply by putting in more time, advertising and promoting which I have not done. The new owner can improve the business by adding a variety of products which I planned to do. I do very little with reaching out to potential customers and retailers as I do not have the time.

All the research and development needed to make sure the products are healthy and safe. I have put a ton of work into the patent, trademarks and factory searching. A lot of work was done in developing the brand. The logo, tagline, trademarks, packaging, and designs of the products were all part of developing the brand.
