I love flowers and plants but I didn't start the business. The business have been a local family business since 1969 and I purchased the business already established in 2005

The reason of selling this business

My father is retiring. I have developed a health condition that is not allowing me to enjoy what I do for a living and the circumstances are forcing me to sell. It has been a difficult decision. This is a good family business if you are married and looking to put roots down in Florida.

Receiving orders through doordash and grubhub (this are new services now) Picking up flowers and plants at the market place Arrange the flowers and plants Deliver them. SM and continue SEO Optimization - I'm not as active on SM as it's require now days. Events and Weddings Arrangements. Continue plant maintenance program to existing customers

Other details about profit: Our business is seasonal. Revenues depend on your ability to market the store and to find new avenues to sell your product. I'm not pro on SEO, and its very needed today. We receive orders through other systems not just Shopify. Shopify is the retail portion of the business. We don't have COGS recorder in Shopify to be able to identify the right profit for the business. We also created a New concept for Grab and Go flowers at the New Brightline Train Station in Downtown in 2018, unfortunately through the pandemic station was closed and now we are pending to renew our contract to restart. There have been many changes after the pandemic.

Must speak Spanish and English as our community demographic in our area is Latin and American.
