Why this business was started

I became passionate about veganism and found some stores selling similar products. I liked the idea but didn't like any of their designs so I decided to start my own store. I focused a lot on creating a strong brand and a great customer experience. I started selling with Printful to see how things would go and later went on to find a supplier that offers private labeling options (my brand's label printed into the neck of every garment + a thank you letter + sticker + option for custom packaging)

I am looking to sell my business simply because I am not passionate about E-commerce anymore and I am looking to move on to something new.

What's involved in running this business

Customer support via mail/Instagram DM, manage IG posts, work on marketing campaigns, work on new designs. Up until now most of my traffic has been organic reach through Instagram which you can achieve by actively posting relevant content (once a day) and being active within the community and interacting with other users.

Another part of running this business is in product research which equals creating new designs. I have a whole list of ideas for future designs which I'd be happy to give to you.

There are high quality e-mail flows in place (welcome series, abandoned cart, after purchase), but I would recommend to also send out a weekly newsletter to the subscribers to attain repeat customers.

Other details about profit: On the average monthly revenue chart you can see that I didn't make a sale in the first 5 months. That was the time I built the store. It went live late November 2018. Late February was where I started to figure things out and in May I decided to stop for now and bring it to the next level (from Printful to a private label supplier + new website) so I again didn't make a lot of sales from June 2019 - September 2019. Just started out again slowly with the new supplier and new website in October 2019. For the time I was actively marketing (February until June + October) the average revenue was about $1800 USD ($1000 USD profit on average).
