I started this business because I wanted to get self employed but not like many dropshippers, with random products and sometimes find a winner with facebook ads. I wanted to establish a high ticket brand that has B2B as well as B2C customers, with a high potential not only to rapidly grow but to provide a safe source of steady high income.

The reason of selling this business

  1. I'm selling this business with mixed feelings. After we had to change the Agency, we are having difficulties switching to Performance max campaigns. With a decent Agency, it should be no problem to get back into growth again
  2. I will have to put the money to a real estate project.

Due to the above described Campaign problems, we decided to sell this shop for a lower price than Shopifys $524,220.00 valuation. The price will be adjusted again as soon as the campaign problems are solved again

What's involved in running this business

Besides having an eye on the strategy and KPI and the everyday task are customer service and marketing. Due to the fact that the customer service is run by a teamleader and 2 agents on the Philippines independently. My main task is checking the Google and Facebook reports provided by the agencies, that manage the campaigns on facebook and google. Due to the 2 full trained employees the store runs on autopilot. You can run this store as it is with 0 hours of work per week, but I strongly recommend utilizing the huge growth potential by engaging in the Brand.

Other details about profit: Please note: Due to inactivity for the first 13 mouths , that were not taken into consideration by the Shopify numbers, the current average revenue is $56,472 not $35,313. Which means at a 20% profit rate, an average monthly profit of $11,294. The gross revenue in 2021 was $1,036,042.57 compared to $630,285.78 in 2020. This is 64% growth from 2020 to 2021. The profit is 20% - 25% per month, $15,000 in average. In order to optimize the Google ads for higher profitability at better scalability, the campaign structure was modified in March. To get the campaigns back on track we started with a lower daily budget, that is the reason for the little lower revenue than last year. The modifications were successful and the overall ROAS of the Google campaigns is currently between 6 and 7. Another Reason is due to a 3rd party app that used to manage our Facebook remarketing and prospecting campaigns, stopped it's service. So the March and April Revenue is achieved with almost no Facebook remarketing/prospect revenue, which usually makes 25 - 50% of the overall Revenue. Here is also huge, still untapped potential. Due to a new storefront and the campaign restructuration, the Conversion rate increased by 77%. Due to the above described Campaign problems, we decided to sell this shop for a lower price than Shopifys $524,220.00 valuation. The price will be adjusted again as soon as the campaign problems are solved again.
