Why this business was started

I saw the need for a high quality, yet affordable fuel injection component line and capitalized on that. From there we created one of the only D2C fuel injection brands and have since built manufacturing partnerships with companies that gross over ~$99b a year

I have 3 other businesses currently and for the right price I can part with this one. We are preparing to move from our current home state to a new home state, so it would be an ideal time to sell.

Maintaining inventory levels, ordering inventory from manufacturing partners, approving payroll hours, approving employee actions (changes to webpages, policies etc). This business is near passive and only requires myself to make executive decisions, meeting with marketing firm, and occasional customer service support in instances or unique circumstances.

      I do wish very much to see the business continue to grow and continue to succeed. Myself and my warehouse/logistics staff are available via in person (in our current location) assistance or remote video chat during the transition period. We are willing to settle and billing disputes or other issues from the current ownership time frame. After ownership has transferred to the new owner I am willing to offer advisory assistance for up to one year. The amount of assistance can be negotiated and as will compensation if needed.
