I started this business in Q4 because of the product. This product is something that's very unique and cool to look at. I knew this was something people would love to have.

We still operate it at a good scale, therefore, we don't want to expose our business to those who aren't serious/interested.
Recently, I've been heavily invested on another project so my focus isn't primarily on this one. But it is still being operated, and is bringing in profit daily. However, I think this could be something take someone can take to its full potential with the solid foundation we already built on it.
What's involved in running this business
Currently I check up a couple of people who control the back-end almost every day. I have a VA who works on the customer service, a email/text marketing guy and my supplier who ships orders out daily.
Everyday you would check up with my VA, to help with any issues she might have Every couple of days you'd also check on my supplier, pay any invoices for any orders placed. You would also check on paid advertising(facebook,google), and manage that which takes about half an hour. Typically the business requires 30-2 hours daily on most days.
Every 2-3 days I like to make new ads, and change up the creative to make my ads stand out. You can also tweak the store, implement upsells, add apps, and do basically anything that would help you make more money. It's important to test different variables on the website and in the ads.

I would focus on creating more content with our product for ads, the product page and for social media pages. I'd also add more variations of the product. Expanding into more markets around the world would also help increase brand awareness and revenue overall.
