I started this business because my girlfriend loved this product and we decided to launch a niche store for it. Also, it was easy to decide to start this idea, because we saw that this product are coming back to every women's life and should be trending in 2018. And now it is the end of the 2019 and women are still so happy that these products came back and the demand is not decreasing.

Moreover, these products are healthier for hair, so it is a big advantage for women who wear it.

The reason of selling this business

It's hard decision. The main reason I decided to sell it because I want to try myself in the new areas, and I know that I won't be able to dedicate 100% of my time for this business to grow. I think in the right hands this store could grow really high, because I only used free marketing tactics and reached quite some good number in revenue, conversion rate and etc. So, including paid advertising could really work out and scale it very big.

This business include these tasks: 1. Content creation. Basically on instagram. All traffic coming through instagram, and all customers came from it. So, need to post a very good quality content. 2. Fulfilling orders through Oberlo. 3. Maybe time to time would be nice to add some new products, based on season or trending colours and patterns. 4. Customer support. Actually answering to direct messages on instagram and replying to emails.

    How to grow this business

    I would keep growing instagram audience (not it has more than 11k followers) by creating engaging content. I would try other social platforms as Facebook, TikTok and maybe Pinterest. If I would like to grow it really high I would start long term marketing tactics such as writing blog. Writing blog posts about topics in which are interested the target audience would create a lot of traffic to the shop and sales.

    Now it's kinda a niche store, so I would try to add more different products in that niche to increase average order value and to sell more for the current customers who already bought from my store.

    Skills to have

    It does not require any special skills. Every body can be entrepreneurs, just need to believe in what you are doing and eventually you will succeed. Also, the truth is that you will need to put some work in order to be successful, but working from 9 to 5 for others also takes hard work, so why not to start working for yourself.

    To grow this store, I would find people who would create a content for me: write blogs posts, create videos, products photoshoots, email marketing and etc.
