The owner was curious about how there weren't enough fun socks and sock designs in retail stores. Thus, he sought out to make and source his own. Eventually, the company grew into a legwear brand, as similar designs could be applied to compressions socks, leggings, pants, and much more. Leggings have particularly taken off in the dropshipping/online eCommerce world, and with the nature of the site, many purchases bundled leggings with similar-designed socks. The branding was so successful that the owner was able to pitch custom-made socks to a few local clients as well. If the new owner wishes to, they can also pivot to a mixed custom-shop/dropshipping site to maximize sales.

The owner at this point is focusing on growing his media agency and working on his film production, so he no longer has time to dedicate to the business.     Skills to have

    The owner should be well-versed in online marketing/ecommerce, and should have a basic grasp on Facebook/Instagram marketing. The business does not need advanced knowledge of the fashion industry (specifically leggings/socks) - they just need to be able to apply A/B testing to figure out which designs, prices, and audience segments work best when testing ads.
