Why this business was started

I was looking to build a dropshipping brand around the winning product that I had found. Ads performed amazing when I first tested the product and now we have built a brand around the winning product.

The reason of selling this business

Don't have the time to put into growing the store to it's potential. The day to day operations can be automated away easily however I am interested in other projects. Have fallen out of love with the business and looking for some capital to invest into other areas of interest.

What's involved in running this business

Customer service, order fulfillment and management of the ads however this can all be automated very easily and I have already started doing so.

Order fulfillment is very simple and easy. Customer service is all email based.

Other details about profit: Ads were scaled up in August hitting close to 8K in profit. However we have been rebuilding the ads and starting to explore other advertising platforms because facebook look alike audiences have been underperforming across the world. We have been collecting data on TIKTOK and our transition to interest targeting on facebook is going well. An experienced advertiser could blow this store up. Also, we just switched over to TOPDSR which is a dropshipping service and now are shipping times gotten much faster and margins have gotten much better. Also, their U.S. shipping times are very good so you dont really need to hold inventory in the U.S. anymore. Ads improved the past 3 months (December, January and February) as business is on the uptrend hitting almost 9K in profit in January. Average monthly profit over the past 3 months is $5,325

    How to grow this business

    I would continue to scale the Facebook ads as well as move into other platforms such as google and TIKTOK. I have already installed the pixel for TIKTOK so there is a good amount of data collected. Growing the brand on other platforms plus taking advantage of the organic reach of these platfroms is what I would do going forward.
