I have a very serious and trustworthy supplier in China that can manufacture thousands of pieces in 10/15 days. I fulfill orders with a 3PL that can ship worldwide (very easy to run since they have a software integrated with the store and you just need to pay for the ships, they'll do the rest, everything it's already set and ready to go.

    Penetrate different markets (I only sold in Italy and there are very big possibilities of growth in Spain, France, Germany and all EU since these territories don't have a strong competitor in that niche.) Add new products (I already have some ideas I could tell you)

    I operate that store solo and take very little time, you could add employees to focus on scaling instead of ads, customer support, etc. I took that store from 0 to over 400k with 30% profit margin by myself, with no employees (only contractors like web developer, phographer etc) in less than a year.
