I have experience in the industry and saw a gap in the market and I was right and there is certainly a demand for this product, as evidenced by the revenue of this store. My background is in digital and social media marketing, so when I thought of this concept, I knew that I'd knew exactly what to do to market the product. I started with designing a high-quality, aesthetically pleasing store with professional graphic designs, building the brand, getting social proof with over 1k followers on IG (and growing), working with influencers, and then dove into ad testing, then ad scaling.

The reason of selling this business

I have built two other stores since starting this store and I don't have the time to continue scaling this business. I have only just started scaling so there is a lot of potential to really scale this product and store to multiple six figures very quickly. The product isn't saturated either, and I have built the brand up to be strong and trustworthy, so there is plenty of potential to scale hard.

Getting a professional video editor/graphic designer to create new ad creative every month, setting up your ads based on my recommended strategy, monitoring your ads, fulfilling orders via CJ Dropshipping's automated Shopify app, responding to customer enquiries and monitoring social media channels (community management).

Other details about profit: I only scaled the store in March 2021 (refer to my screenshots of my Shopify dashboard), so the average monthly revenue stated on this automated listing by Shopify, average orders per month and average profit is not a true reflection of the potential of this store. I started the store in October, however, I only started running heavy ads from 26 December 2020. In Jan, total sales for the month was AUD $7.3k, in Feb it was AUD $14.5k, in March (and it is only 16th March today) it is currently at AUD $20.6k.

    How to grow this business

    I recommend focusing on Facebook ads. You should consider consistently getting new creative developed and testing new creative. The Facebook pixel is extremely seasoned now with over 750 purchases - leverage this, lookalike audience and consistent interest testing to grow the store. You could consider working with influencers as well - I have already worked with almost 40 influencers who produced fantastic sales, content and brand awareness, particularly on Instagram.

    Skills to have

    I recommend having a basic understanding of Facebook ads strategy and practical knowledge of how to set up campaigns, ad sets and ads. I will also share my strategy with you when you buy the store.
