Why this business was started

I was looking for a way out from my 9-5 day job and start getting into something new, something my friends/family are not doing and do something new. And i have always been curious about ecommerce and the opportunities it has. Making money online, was something that i wanted to try out. Decided to go into women's active wear, now that i know for a fact that women are really busy with their active wear and looking good.

The reason of selling this business

I have too much demand at this moment, i have been trying to hire someone to take care of customer service etc, however i am someone that does not trust people easy.. Always afraid of them taking something or making mistakes... So currently i am running everything myself, also in addition to that i am helping my fathers restaurant. So pretty overloaded. With mails (personal mails, my business's mails, my fathers business..)

I have not had a good day of sleep because of this business, there is too much for me and i am afraid of stressing too much will cause health issues.

Once i have figured things out with fathers business, and he sells his business i will then go into online again.

Other details about profit: Regarding profits, i have tried getting 35% profits, it is possible to do so. I have lowered price to $24.49 for this month to sell as many as possible now that people are spending a lot. But price of $29.99 and $34.99 will give much much much higher profit margins.

    How to grow this business

    There is a lot of potential for future growth. I have gotten a lot of messages from influencers to promote my products for free, due to they are looking really good.

    First things i would focus on is too get into influencer market a bit more, i have done a bit however not enough. Did just a couple of insta influencer before black friday and actually acquired loyal customers from day 1. Definitely insta influencers. Youtube i know for a fact the big brands use a lot, i have yet not done it, tried to talk someone with big influence however my budget was not enough when i first started out, and i am thinking about doing it in mars/april if i have not sold the business until then.

    Improve facebook ads, currently doing around avg. 2.2 roas i believe, there is room for improvement, i have not focused so much on ads due to no time.

    Roll out new products each month, i have many products imported to oberlo that you can roll out for the next 2-3 months.

    Get in touch with bloggers.

    I believe if i invest $10 000 with influencers it will payoff 5-10 times.

    Also maybe start ordering bulk from China will save you a lot of money. Been in contact with some suppliers, and i believe i am ready for ordering 3000 inventory for this business. It will sell, that i know.

    My setup is very simple, i have zero knowledge in ecommerce, did not expect it to do so good, so i learned everything during the start.

    Main thing will be i believe to place orders through oberlo. Also maybe facebook ads, could be something you should be aware of. Everything is setup now, however room for improvement always.
