How to grow this business

If I had the available time and was not in school, I would transition to facebook ads using the accumulated customer data to run lookalike audiences. I would also automate customer service and order fulfillment through hiring virtual assistants (of which I have no experience in currently). I would also private label my brand onto the product to bring down costs and potentially move into the retail space with this brand (where I think it would do great).
