Why this business was started

I started this company in June of 2018 to try out some new ecommerce, Facebook ads, Shopify and Dropshipping strategies I had studied for a while. With previous experience in sales, I wanted to try out dropshipping. I created this store focused around the baby & parenting/Accessories niche after some market research. This market is HUGE with a growing demand for a range of products. It started as a side gig to make some extra money, and as a way of trying out different features, advertising techniques and gaining experience with a new business model - you can never stop learning!

The reason of selling this business

I have listed this store for sale because I am ready to start on something new. I am currently working on an agency of my own. I could shut down the store and move on but I put a lot of time and money to get it going and would hate to throw away the value and potential it has. Shopify has valued my store at $30k so this is a steal.

Other details about profit:  After launching in early June, I instantly found and scaled a winning product to 5 figures, generating over 1300 unique orders with a conversion rate of around 2-6%. The only expenses have been advertising costs and high-converting apps such as One Click Upsell. The original winner is still selling. PS.     To grow the business, I would focus more on the back end of things, such as email marketing and being more present on the social platforms. As well as scaling the winning products to the moon. Testing more products in this niche with its successful techniques from the other ads, you would instantly be able to grow this store. I slowed down campaigns when I started some other projects.
