This product caught our attention due to being exposed to video's on youtube and FaceBook. Since the start of the store, we saw the potential and grew it out to having an average monthly revenue of 40K+ USD, still to be continued or even grow to 100k a month. We really gained plenty of social proof through customer reviews on social media and having a 5/5 post purchase feedback score on facebook. Which is above average and really emphasises the product quality and satisfaction of the customers.
The reason of selling this business
We are currently focussing on a new project that we would like to put more energy in. Therefore, we think that a new owner can blow new energy into the store and further expand its successes with private labelling!

SuppliersWill give you the agent contacts in China, we personally prefer to have contact through WeChat and was also favoured by the supplier. The supplier works with an ERP system (fulfilment system) and is extremely convenient to work with. Daily payments for orders that have to be send out, and daily support for logistical problems. The supplier ships the orders with special lines to almost any logistically developed country. Open for resending orders that had been lost or damaged upon transit. In addition, the supplier offers customisation abilities such as product branding and packaging both in bulk. Can even consider moving stock to different countries if you have a potential fulfilment agency.
How to grow this business
First advice will be to start customising the products for a stronger, branded feeling. In addition, we'd advice the new owner to ship bulk to warehouses in either the USA (which accounts for most of our orders), or the EU to fasten the shipping speed to 1-3 working days. Another opportunity will come as bulk has been shipped to fulfilment centers, such as new selling channels for example Amazon or similar businesses. Creatively speaking there should be a brand ambassador or representative that can play the instrument very well, in order to have quick acces to new creatives for social media (e.g youtube, instagram) and of course for the advertisements. Another and final tip for now would be to increase the customer retention rate through consistent e-mail marketing and retargeting.
