I am a young mom and I quit my 9-5 job to start my own online business so I can provide the best life to my kid and work from home at the same time. With my other two stores, I have become passionate about marketing, website design and I truly love working from home. :)

The reason of selling this business

As I am now a mother of a beautiful baby girl then unfortunately, I do not have the time to run 3 online stores at the same time and decided to sell 2 of them. :)

I would be glad to offer support after sale, but unfortunately, as I do not have the time to run the store then I also do not have the time to provide guidance, this is why I am selling the store for 46 000$ less than Shopify valuation. Shopify has evaluated the store to 62 000$.

Other details about profit: Store launched on 15th of April 2020 and I was actively advertising until mid-May with over 4000€ (4500$) revenue days. I had to descale shortly after that and shut down ads in the end of May due to a newborn baby as I was not able to run multiple stores at this scale. Even when not advertising this product in June, a decent amount of sales was still coming in from Google. Please note that 85% of the revenue (65 000€) came within 1.5 months of advertising, after that I just did not have the time for that anymore. As customers can track the packages directly from website then this added 10 000 sessions from order tracking, making the correct conversion rate 2.98% Recently, I have started testing a new product in this niche to add more value for the next owner. Within a few weeks, I have already generated 10 000€ (11 000$) in revenue in testing phase with the new product. The old and new product are perfect for selling with the same pixel and customers can buy both of them, this will increase AOV.

    How to grow this business

    As the store has been running only less than 3 months then there are many things that can be improved over the next five years.

    • I would definitely try out Google ads as the average monthly search is over 300 000 for the US only, good quality and warm traffic.
    • Product has huge potential for Youtube ads, Pinterest ads and Instagram influencers.
    • I would make the package branded and include an Thank You card with a small discount to provide even better purchase experience for the customers and increase returning customer rate.
    • Would buy stock to an oversea warehouse to provide shipping within a week.
    • Add more niche products to make the AOV for each customer even higher.
