Why this business was started

I started this business in August of 2018 because I saw a problem with the camping & outdoor industry. Not enough innovation & not many trending brands. We took the branding approach and spent months curating high quality content for brand identity and marketing. From there, we went direct to consumer advertising & was profitable from day 1.

The reason of selling this business

We have decided to sell this business because we are currently too diversified. I recently started a new company in an OEM Manufacturing industry & it is consuming most of my time. Unfortunately, I will have to let my baby go... This is one of my first companies I ever built & it has been built VERY well. A lot of time, effort & capital has gone into building out this branded strategy/company & this is an AMAZING opportunity for an aspiring online entrepreneur to get a massive jumpstart in his/her career. Automation's in place:

FULFILLMENT (will be transferred to new store owner. Ignore glitch in listing saying supplier is not included) We have a strong relationship with our private supplier, who can source goods for much cheaper, has better quality control, complementary United States warehouses, and noticeably better SHIPPING TIMES compared to your traditional big-box suppliers from China. We have an exclusive deal with our supplier for them to automatically fulfill orders and update tracking information as orders come in. This connection will be transferred to the buyer. I will introduce you to this supplier and explain to you the process of procuring products from him as well as paying him for said products.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: We have a team of customer support reps who handle everything from emails, comments on Facebook pages/posts, Facebook messages to store pages, refund requests, dealing with cases related to supplier, etc.. Assistants are paid via Paypal/Upwork monthly. Support team will continue working at buyers discretion.

ADS: You will be shown the most up to date advertising strategies that have provided us with the best ROAS (return on ad spend). These are strategies devised from countless testing.

PRODUCT RESEARCH: You will also be shown the product research strategies that have given us the best hit rate % when it comes to product testing. Waste less money testing products and use that money to scale the products that have a much higher chance to sell!

The only thing you will need to handle is sending the payments to the suppliers when needed. The payment to the support team is done via Paypal/Upwork monthly.

    How to grow this business

    I would focus on the following; get to know your customers, offer great customer service, nurture existing customers and look for new opportunities, use social media, attend networking events, host events, give back to your community, measure what works and refine your approach as you go. This store is 95% automated.

    So far, our main market has been the US simply for the high buying power of the country. This product and it's complementary products have HUGE potential worldwide.

    This is the perfect product to transition over to private labeling, which the supplier I will refer you to has the capability of doing. With a private labeled product, you will enjoy higher conversion rates, higher returning customer rates, and increased brand identity overall.

    Skills to have

    Marketing or general business knowledge is always helpful to have, but anything can be learned, and the specific methods and strategies we use will be covered during the provided on-boarding sessions.

    Taking full advantage of our vast customer list (5,000+ subscribers) to generate more FREE revenue for the store. We have not had the opportunity to pursue email marketing much so there is huge potential here.
