Order fulfilment and tracking is fully automated from the point of sale to delivery. A same day shipping service is provided, with branded packaging, and multiple carriage options; tracked/untracked/express and automated returns handling.

Existing Team: 1) Part time Social Media Manager / Creative Director as needed. Social media posts and moderation. Small changes to Shopify website design content.

2) Part time Customer Service Assistant. Email, Social Media Messaging and moderation and ad-hoc order enquiries.

3) Existing Management (5 hours/week): PPC advertising and promotional emails, wholesale orders, stock management, managing photoshoot logistics, fulfilment centre, financial oversight.

Ad hoc (gig based) team: • Blog writing / content writing • Product and lifestyle photography • Brand models • Packaging design • Website optimisation

Ongoing Operational Tasks:

Social Media Management. Posting regular content to our social media channels (3 x week). Followers are highly engaged as the audience has been built entirely organically though PPC campaigns and organic sharing.

Stock replenishment via established suppliers. Arranging for suppliers to barcode stock before dispatch with shipping directly to our UK fulfilment centre, raising inventory transfer notification via FFC online portal.
