Freya Branwyn was founded in mid 2017 to provide a timeless passion product offering (natural stone jewellery and accessories) to the mid to older female demographic who have a natural affinity for the allure of a bohemian lifestyle and freedom of expression, that aligns with classic bohemian culture.

Order fulfilment and tracking is fully automated from the point of sale to delivery. A same day shipping service is provided, with branded packaging, and multiple carriage options; tracked/untracked/express and automated returns handling.

Existing Management (5 hours/week): PPC advertising and promotional/customer service emails, wholesale orders, stock management, managing photoshoot logistics, fulfilment centre, financial oversight.

Ongoing Operational Tasks:

Social Media Management. Posting regular content to our social media channels (3 x week). Followers are highly engaged as the audience has been built entirely organically though PPC campaigns and organic sharing.

Stock replenishment via established suppliers. Arranging for suppliers to barcode stock before dispatch with shipping directly to our UK fulfilment centre, raising inventory transfer notification via FFC online portal.

Ordering new lines of stock Via existing or new suppliers, requesting bespoke designs for production, barcoding and creating new products on Shopify store and fulfilment centre online portal.

    Our strategy as a business is no longer aligned with the jewellery market, therefore we are looking to sell this store. The jewellery market is still extremely buoyant however and is a good long term strategy for e-commerce.
