We are an online women's clothing store. We have provided beautiful dresses, skirts, blouses, and some accessories for our customers. The style of the clothing we sold is feminine/bohemian/ modern. Our slogan was less skin, more style. We provided a shop that allowed for more modest styles that were still chic and something everyone would want to wear.
Financials and traffic
We offer free shipping to our customers. We would mark up products 50% and then add $5 on top of that to make up the difference in shipping costs.

There is so much potential in our store. We have a good following of return customers who keep coming back month after month. All our shop needs is someone who is ready to put in the time to truly see it flourish.
How can the future owner improve the business?
Someone who can dedicate their time to the store will see it flourish. I struggled putting in the time with running this business out of my home with my 2 young children. Utilizing email marketing is a big factor. We always have a great open rate and would receive plenty of orders each time we did an email blast. Simply being able to schedule out social media posts and staying up to date on inventory will do this shop good. Promoting products via influencers on social media would be very helpful to continue growing the shops following across social media. Be willing to invest a little into marketing the products and I think the shop will thrive!
What work have you put into the store?
I have built this store from the ground up. I have ran it out of my basement for the last 6 years. I designed the website via shopify's templates. I have been the buyer of our inventory. I would go to Atlanta Apparel Mart 5 times a year and would also purchase inventory through fashiongo.net. I have done the photography for each product, wrapped/shipped orders.
How many hours does it take to run this business per week?
I am a 27 year old mother of 2 girls and am expecting my 3rd baby to be born any day. I worked at Anthropologie for a few years when I noticed a need for modest clothing that had the style and feel of Anthropologies clothes, but was more affordable for the average consumer. I have always enjoyed fashion and am now looking forward to spending more quality time with my children at home.
