I decided to start this business after discovering a unique product that was consistently viral on Instagram. I already had accounts with hundreds of thousands of followers that would be used for promotion. The product ended up doing great on its own with little to no promotion. I post almost daily, and most posts, if not all, blow up on Instagram's discover page. The store took off quickly in the beginning and has been profitable for the past 2 years.

Traffic is converted to sales with copywriting. Customer relations are maintained with social media followers and consistent posting. Orders are fulfilled by ordering products from China using the customer’s address. There is nothing done to attain repeat customers or to conduct product/customer research.
