I am a product designer by trade and saw a major gap in the watch market, that my designs and material choices satisfied. I wanted to learn, and so I got on a plane - went to asia, launched products, have done tradeshows, have gotten over 400 press hits, etc. It's been an amazing ride and more lucrative than I could of imagined. I was a creative entrepreneur and my creativity is what has allowed us to truly stand out.

Making some big life changes and looking to cash out early to meet other capital needs. It's been going well, but I've got some big changes on the horizon and have decided to sell it under it's actual value and potential.

This business is perfectly positioned for the right creative & commercial minds to turn it into a hugely successful venture. We’ve had some big wins in Asian markets but have been limited on bandwidth to pursue that area. I've been overly cautious over the years when it came to digital advertising and 6 years in am ready for a life change to pursue other opportunities. This business is ideal for someone who knows how to properly run ads, work with a 3PL or ship from home, and most ideally has someone available to engage with opportunities (major wholesale accounts, co-branded product, etc.)

This is a a home run for anyone with experience in digital marketing and PPC. With 50,000 emails, social channels built out, and a sizable list of wholesale accounts - you could let this run as is or introduce some new products and ads and really blow the brand up. We've done 1.7 mil over 5 years with very little digital ad spend and 625k in sellers discretionary earnings. Most of our products are custom designs, we would pass you our supplier. We've secure a foothold within a niche due to a specific design aesthetic. We have reliable suppliers who has been flexible and accommodating over the years. Initial inventory would be included but value amount would depend on sale date.

Other details about profit: This does not include b2b projects and wholesale. Shopify exchange will not let me list a higher average profit per month beyond the store data, but our profit is higher than listed as it includes my wholesale and B2B project off the platform. Everything has been well documented using Quickbooks and our taxes and accounting is up to date and accurate. Last year I personally netted $115,000, in 2018 $110,000. I've only ever had 1 full time employee, and have at times run the business on my own sometimes subbing work out to VAs. In addition, we've launched white labeled product - wood sunglasses for example, which had our logo on it but required no product development investment and allowed us to order at smaller minimums. The eyewear alone generated 40,000 in 2 years. I have well documented proof of performance, returns, etc. ready for serious buyers.
