I founded this company because I saw a huge market for this product, and it's in a hot and promising niche.
I spent the following 12 months developing the store into a highly automated machine after seeing a proof of concept using Facebook advertisements and getting customers for a very low price.
In the last 4 months me and my partner managed to build a recurring program for our customers that includes videos lessons and exercises for the product, basically once a customer purchases the main product, they start receiving emails to join the program which is a subscription base program where they can either pay $19/a month or $119/a year. The flow is working beautifully and the opt in rate is very high as well.
I implemented numerous AOV boosters, increased the conversion rate to over 3%, implemented email marketing, review automation to gather and display customer reviews, established an affiliate network, and implemented SMS marketing, among other things.
The store is now highly automated, profitable, and takes only 5 hours of work per week to monitor Facebook ads, as well as supervise the operations manager VA who manages the back end logistics.
The reason of selling this business
My passion is to build brands from scratch. i have been successfully creating and selling massive brands in the last couple years and i really enjoy it.
I'm already working on creating a couple other brands one in the beauty niche and an other one in the golf niche. So i think it's time to let this business go hopefully to a great entrepreneur that would build it to an empire and sell it to the big fishes for 7-8 figures.
What's involved in running this business
