we run a portfolio of ecom stores and this one was recently added based on its excellent history and promising growth drivers (mainly geographical expansion)

The reason of selling this business

due to some external factors (3rd party, not store-related) certain back-office workflows and management integrations did not work out as planned. But -i repeat- this is only because of our organizational setup and not linked to this specific webshop or your business. The sale price (store valuation) reflects our investment which was based upon a professional valuation of the business model and potential. It is very realistic and attractive for buyers given the ROI it provides within a very short time-frame (months, not years). This is a serious shop with a very solid track-record, not a "pump-and-dump" valuation scheme like so many others here on the marketplace. Serious buyers only please.

Other details about profit: i am a finance professional by trade so can provide detailed info on key performance metrics given the solid data set of 2 years. These values are better than the averages calculated here by the exchange platform as they include months where the store was technically not operational. Pls check additional "proof of performance" documents, screenshots from Shopify reports: for total 2019 you can clearly see that the store was "on vacation" for August and September, so the total data is only generated from 10 months operations, not 12. In addition, you can see that the profit (after cogs and marketing expenses) is at € 68k, which is slightly above $ 75k for the period (and therefore slightly above 25% of net rev). 2020 data is skewed/not relevant for reasons stated before.
