Why this business was started

I was searching Aliexpress for products and saw the main product of this store there with very promising numbers. Then found a supplier who was able to ship the products relatively fast and reliable to Germany where i am selling and then started Facebook ads which went really profitable.

The reason of selling this business

I am still studying and as you can see in my exam phase from June to August i was not able to really keep the store going. So to keep the store being profitable you need to do some tweaks here and there sometimes, but if you have time and know what you are doing you can easily make this a longterm brand. I personally just dont see myself in this niche longterm. You will recieve the whole facebook ad account with all ads i made (german and english) and the pixel which is so good that one of my best adsets is without any targeting. I had some days where I spent between 40 and 60 Euro on ads and got between 600 and 800 Euro in sales - proof is in the facebook account.

What's involved in running this business

If you want to keep it going as it is, you just have to run some facebook ads and fulfill the orders. I dont have a VA yet so i am doing the customer support by myself and also letting returns come to my place. But you can outsource these things, so that you have almost nothing to do. But if you take this very serious and want to build a real brand around the store(which is absolutely possible) you need to put some effort into the social media accounts, influencer marketing and more in the branding of the products. You can also make a better facebook ad video and start doing google ads. Also you should try to get a higher conversion rate and focus more on email marketing.

Other details about profit: Shopify calculates the average revenue since January because the store was registered then, but i started selling in the middle of march(11.3), in january i had just experimented with a completly different product and niche, so you can ignore everything before 11th of march. Also my shop is in € and shopify didnt convert the value, I calculated that I made around 7k€ net profit in these 7 month.

    How to grow this business

    If you take this serious you can make a big real brand out of this store. The easiest part will probably be to start selling to other countries (UK, France, Polandhave also good shipping times). I built the shop in german and english, so the language and also the currency is no problem for international selling. You should brand all the products, than do effektive influencer marketing probably over instagram. You should start google ads and do seo optimization to get more organic traffic.

    If you want the store just to remain as it is, you just need some basic skills in facebook ads. If you really want to take it to the next level, you should know how to build a real brand, do instagram content/influencer marketing and email-marketing.
