General description

4our Walls - is a brand that encourages our customers to allow creativity to be manifested within the four walls of their home.

In a month, it has accomplished up to 4.2K in revenue, with more than $2k in profit.

4our Walls is a dropshipping site. Includes:

  • An outstanding relationship with our supplier that is ready to scale with a larger product lineup providing more options for our products

  • Over 200 products

  • Pixel Data (through Trackify for every sub-niche)

  • Superb Branding

  • Low competition, large market, and massive opportunity for scaling.

Profit margins before Ad expense is on average at 55%.

AOV is very high due to the nature of the product as well as amazing cross-sells, and offers on our store.

The store is already built to convert customers, the theme alone is worth $150, product images, email campaigns and follow-up emails are all set into place to not only entice new customers but also to encourage existing customers to continue purchasing.

This store uses a Dropshipping Model so there are no inventories. ALL assets belonging to this store will go to the new owner (i.e. Facebook & Instagram).

Our store's advertising campaign are mostly driven through Instagram as the community surrounding this niche is very huge.

I also have an existing relationship with the main suppliers of the products, allowing for order discounts and to help with customer support. Running Facebook Adverts for the new owner would not be a problem as there are seasoned existing Pixel Data for every niche.

I have engaged SEO Experts to improve the store's SEO Ranking, and I intend to start the use of Google AdWords too. Facebook Advertisement is a funnel that has not been fully utilised and exploited - the new owner can look into greater re-targeting to further up-scale the product.

I am selling this business mainly because I am cash tight and I require cash upfront to pay for school fees, further, my hectic schedule makes it very difficult for me to run this shop. I would much rather have it run by a new owner whom can bring it further.

As my current marketing efforts are extremely low in cost, my profits are extremely healthy and with increased marketing efforts - the store will definitely rake in more profits.

Business Expenses

I ran most of my ads through Instagram due to my constraints in budget and also because they offer me a better ROI. Ultimately, advertising expenses depend on how far you are willing to spend to generate your returns. Running Facebook Adverts for the new owner would not be a problem as there are existing Pixel Data for every niche, I will pass on the contacts of my virtual assistants that would be willing to help build campaigns for the new owner. Ensuring a fully automated system.

Q & A

Why should someone buy this store?

If you are looking for a profitable niche and for passive income, you should consider this store. The only reason I am giving up this store right now is due to an urgent need for upfront cash.

How can the future owner improve the business?

The new owner should look to increase advertising expenditure on this business. If the new owner does not have time, they can opt to hire freelancers to help create advertisement campaigns on both Facebook and Instagram. I have personally engaged freelancers and they help reduce a lot of my work load.

What work have you put into the store?

I have basically tested multiple products and different elements to ensure high converting products. Because conversions depend on multiple factors, the store right now seems to be doing well in this area. I spent many long hours and late nights doing research, learning from e-commerce gurus and using some of the tricks and tactics to increase Average Order Value (AOV) and Conversion. For a site with relatively little traffic, the revenue received is pretty impressive.

How many hours does it take to run this business per week?

15 hours
