We want to start new ventures and this type of store requires time and dedication that we are not willing to give at the moment. We are three business partners and we have bigger goals to achieve. When running this business we have created systems for everything and you will not need to take care of anything super intensive. Customer service: You have 3 customer service reps that have been working for us since the beginning and know what they are doing... from all the daily emails... they will pass you only about 10% of them. Order fulfillment: We have automated almost everything in this part... here you have a translator that translates all the orders from italian to English and then sends them to the designers. We have one customer support that all she does is send the orders that have been completed by the designer to the customers

We keep growing little by little thanks to our continuous marketing efforts

    In order to run this store you need to be able to have great marketing skills and understand the systems we have created to grow. We have already all the team in place that does most of the work (customer service, printing). Usually as of daily work you only need to respond about 5 to 10 emails (customer issues, extra payments) and just focus on marketing.
