Customer service: You have 3 customer service reps that have been working for us since the beginning and know what they are doing... from all the daily emails... they will pass you only about 10% of them. Order fulfillment: We have automated almost everything in this part... here you have a translator that translates all the orders from italian to English and then sends them to the designers. We have one customer support that all she does is send the orders that have been completed by the designer to the customers
