Description

General description

Selling parts & accessories for the SxS (UTV) industry! I opened this store over a year & half ago. Doing it while I still worked full time was ok for a while, but my current job takes all my time now. I had vendor accounts for a couple SxS forums & a Facebook business page setup with 2172 Likes, 2212 followers, 15 reviews 14 with 5 stars & 1 4 star.

Valuation price = $39,780 USD

Lowered to $10k!!

I'm selling it for a month or it is shutting down. I do not have the time to spend on it anymore. I did a rough P&L over a year ago but since time has been taking me away from this I have not kept it up to date.

Why should someone buy this store?

If you want a drop ship store already setup with high dollar items that could net good profits this is for you. It does take some work, a few hours a day & you should see good sales. In the pics below is a banner of the suppliers or brands available.

How can the future owner improve the business?

Just need to spend more time posting and interacting with the customer base. My full time job has taken more of the free time I had back when I started this up. I just don't have time to keep up with it. Future owner will have to renew accounts under their name & payment info with the suppliers. All but 1 are ok with a transfer of ownership.

What work have you put into the store?

I started on Woocommerce in Wordpress & all was hosted with a Dreamhost VPS. I had to do all website coding & updates. I moved to Shopify last year & created the current "look". I've built up product pages and descriptions based off the supplier's items. Built up a base on Facebook of 2165 followers & have tried to interact in Facebook groups & was a vendor on a RZR forum that has over 100,000 members. I've since canceled that vendor agreement but a new owner could easily pick it back up.

Why buy a business on Exchange

Verified listing data

The revenue and traffic data that you see on each listing is pulled directly from its Shopify account. This means that the data has been verified. Exchange reviews and monitors listings for thorough and accurate information.

Secure messaging platform

You will be able to communicate with sellers via a secure messaging platform. After you log in and request information from a listing, sellers are notified and have the ability to respond. When you are ready, you can make an offer.

Encrypted payment capture

Exchange and Escrow.com have partnered together to provide you with safe transactions that have bank encryption, making sure that payment is securely captured. Escrow.com ensures that its users pass verification checks before transactions can proceed.

Take time to inspect the business

Once you submit payment to Escrow.com and the payment has been secured, the funds are held until you confirm that all assets received are as negotiated. You can use the inspection period to ask the seller any extra questions about the business.

Safe store transfer

When the transaction is finalized, the dedicated migration team at Exchange will begin the process of making you the new owner of the store. Buyers and sellers will be notified via an email from the Exchange team once store transfers have been completed.
