I wanted to fill a gap in the market. There are many many companies offering shopping experiences for woman, and not enough for men. Good items for men are difficult to find all in one place. Trends change fast and it is easy to keep up with the latest fashions, toys, and gadgets with this shop.

The reason of selling this business

I have started out on my own as a plumber/bathroom fitter, and business is growing and have less time to invest in this shop to continue to improve and grow the business

I will update listing soon with November stats / evidence.. £20k month. +500 Facebook page followers. Average monthly sales increased by +£1000. Domain authority increased, backlinks increased, organic traffic increased.

What's involved in running this business

Placing orders daily, fulfilling orders/updating tracking info & responding to customer queries. Resolving any issues with shipping/damage occasionally. Very little returns. Could be run with 1-2 hours a day min, ideally needs 2-3 hours at least for development and advertising. Does need some initial updating/stock etc...

I have found several suppliers from various places and will pass on all information.

Advertising is primarily Facebook and Google shopping. weekly review of ads, placing new ads etc.. would be required.

Someone with advertising experience would be a benefit to help grow and increase profitability.

    How to grow this business

    Great potential to keep the store growing, improving delivery times and and adding more products along with a clearer strategy to keep the shop clear and simple to navigate. VA's / Marketing company would be a great way to automate & grow the business further. Great scope to grow for birthdays/xmas/fathers day. Brand merchandise will be a great addition to the shop done with POD. We have invested a lot into SEO and global domain names to widen our scope.

    The reason for the dip in traffic/sales in JAN 2021 was due to other work commitments, Brexit and a general lull after Christmas & changes to VAT etc.. due to Brexit.

    Skills to have

    Easy and straight forward to run on a laptop from 10 hours a week + Good customer service is always a good skill to have, Knowledge of FB Ads Manager would be an advantage, as that would require daily/weekly/monthly management and review. Knowledge of dropshipping business plans and shopify would be useful.
