I have started this business because I saw the huge potential in the baby fashion niche. I gave birth 3 years and 8 months ago and had a real struggle as a new mom , How I can find a unique products, fashionable and trendy and yet affordable prices! I have learned the niche, the main competitors, and start building the brand. On the first 6 month we sold $330K, and got bigger every year. I have worked very hard to establish a brand, with retained and engaged users. We have now 20% returning customers and the numbers are getting better everyday as I am working on extensive improvement processes. Our FB page has almost 400,000 followers - this number of followers also adds a lot of legitimacy & trust to the brand.

    Q1 of every year is the best quarter we have every year. In Q1-2019 we gain $433K with minimal actions. - Scale the current winning products - some products are running with us 2 years. and still are selling great everyday. - Creating marketing promos Worldwide. - I would have add Pinterest as organic channel, invest time on FB private group joins, FB messenger leads. - I would have add more FREE content, a blog, Live consultants.
    - More partnership with influencers and companies. - I would invest on loyalty program, affiliate program as well. Customer acquisition costs are rising everyday - happy customers can be a great leads.
