Why this business was started
I started this business about 2 years ago on Woocommerce and then moved to Shopify. At the time I had a huge desire to quit my job and be able to travel to warmer places while I work (i'm from sweden so winters here can be very depressing). This business eventually made that dream possible.

I have now launched my first software company [REDACTED] and this is what I will focus the next 5-10 years of my life working on. I have been running several business at the same time during this journey but now want to be able to focus more on one thing that is why I'm selling this business.
What's involved in running this business
To run this business you need to: 1. Manage FB ads (Can be outsourced but probably good to keep in house) 2. Answer support on email, instagram, messenger. (Can be outsourced) 3. Order new goods from supplier every other month (depends on how much you spend on ads) 4. Pack orders and ship goods or fulfill dropshipping orders online (we keep some products on hand and some are dropshipping. (Can be outsourced)

How to grow this business
Continue scaling on facebook ads. Learn and start with google ads (search and shopping ads). Maybe explore listing products on different marketplaces like amazon etc. Also start doing payed collaborations with influencers. Our store has a lot of true fans (meaning they buy anything we list) so would also be good to be able to drop new products at least once per month so there always is something new for the fans to buy. I would also advice you to start doing wholesale. We have got some requests regarding wholesale but have never had the time to really pursue it. We also rank on position 10-20 on a few buyer intent keywords that are worth pursuing with SEO tactics.
Skills to have
You should probably know yourself around shopify backend and be familiar with facebook ads if you are not planning to hire en agency to do that part. I will personally teach you how to run the facebook ads on the same level as we have been doing either way
