Why this business was started

The opportunity came along upon discovering that quality denim suppliers based in EU struggle with their online presence. They were trying to enter UK market as well as expand in EU via digital marketing, but did not know how to reach new customers. Being aware of the fact that well designed and quality denim products are in demand on both markets, I decided to open a channel that would work with well established suppliers, but hold no physical inventory. The reason of selling this business

While I'm mostly focusing on retail side on my business I struggle to find enough time to take this project further. I believe it offers great opportunity to a person who has more time than I and would get fully involved.

What's involved in running this business

  1. Publishing New Products New products are published weekly following updates on our suppliers websites. We are allowed to use their pictures, and with time replace them with our own allowing to improve visual. All suppliers communicate swiftly regarding product details.

  2. Inventory Updates Stock updates follow daily notifications received from the suppliers. This is done manually now, but can get automated.

  3. Social Media and Email Marketing Scheduled social media posts and emails allow our customers database to see what we have in stock and place their orders.

  4. Processing Orders Our customers orders are forwarded to our suppliers who fulfil them directly with our details.

  5. Customer Service Managing B2B communication with customers on daily basis.
