Why this business was started

I wanted to get into dropshipping because I love marketing. I thought the best route was to buy a store that already has had success. I wanted to skip the building phase and just jump right into it with a store that made over $920,000 in sales. Dropshipping is a business method that makes a lot of money and I wanted a piece of that pie. I should have started off small and figured out I really dont like.

The reason of selling this business

I thought I'd love this business model but I was wrong. I bought the store thinking this was the best path for me. I think I overpaid so I just want to recoup some of the money. I am not a paid ads type of guy. I really dont want to deal with that part of marketing. I like working alone and having this store would mean I would be forced with working with other.

This store is not for anyone who does not have the time to work on her. The store is not for anyone not disciplined or that does not have the right mindset.

What's involved in running this business

This store dropships Aliexpress items using Oberlo.

You'll have to first find winning products using different means ie programs like [REDACTED] or paying someone to find hot sales on different platforms like ebay or different stores online in the same niche using [REDACTED]

You'll have to run ads to this products on facebook. Find the winning ad picture and copy and scale up. Targeting for this store is the male fashion audience. With the email list you can create different custom audiences on facebook to target similar audiences to your buyers or anyone that signed up for emails.

You'll have to provide customer service before and after sales.

You'll have to fulfill all orders in Oberlo or manually in Aliexpress.

    How to grow this business

    Use FB ads.

    I would build the brand further using Instagram. I would post content 3 times a day. On Day A I'd post 3 images of my products, Day B I'd post 3 images of customer taken-pictures and on Day C I'd post 3 viral niche videos(this way the product images would be seen by the traffic from the viral videos). I'd figure out what hashtags my competitors use and mimic a similar strategy. I would basically take the my top 5 competitors and see what I like what they are doing and do the same(obviously improved version).

    I'd start a blog and would find micro bloggers to write articles on their ideas of whats hot right now and blog those in my blog. Then write blogs on comparing 5 of my items to each other with links to each item. This would help with SEO.

    Skills to have

    Know how to figure out how competitors are making their sale, as to what channels of ads they are using and duplicate and improve. This could be found out by using SimilarWeb.
