This business has been running for almost a year now. It has carved a special niche in the clothing, accessories & jewelry space. Since launch we have refined our product positioning improved sales funnel & conversion and built up a very decent social media following.

The reason of selling this business

I've made significant improvements to the site such as a redesign, automating the fulfilment process, improve sales funnel conversion and shift marketing to official Facebook Advertising. With all the improvements I've been able to improve conversion by 4x and stabilize revenue. I'm quite happy to keep running the business and grow it further but I have a few other side businesses happening and other commitments so after making the improvements it could be the right time to sell the business for a fair price and pass it to some who may be more passionate about the customer niche.

What's involved in running this business

The main responsibilities in running and growing the business are overseeing the fulfilment process, updating and optimising the marketing campaigns, customer service, testing new products and maintaining the social media accounts.

With the fulfilment automation you can easily bring down day-to-day commitment to around 1 hour a day. During bigger downtime periods or on the weekend I typically prepare and schedule activities ahead of time, usually for the week ahead. I normally schedule the social media calendar 1 week ahead, optimize the facebook ad campaigns and prepare new homepage promo creative.

Fulfilment and customer service (answering emails) could potentially be outsourced to a VA.

One other important task is to test new products on the site, social media and within the ad campaigns to test potential new winning products that you can potentially leverage.
