How to grow this business
There is big potential here. Profitable brand in the growing Eco-Friendly Niche. I have 2 different stores for the same brand. One is for orders from outside the U.S. & is based off a dropship model through a partner. This store did $330,000 in revenue last year profitably with heavy advertising & $60,000 this year with little to no advertising due to Covid impacting shipping.
Dropshipping from China made it very difficult to provide a positive customer experience & so we decided to bring in stock to focus on the U.S. market. Profit margins are consistent, Conversion rate is over 5% & subscriptions are growing.
The issue i've run into has been maintaining products in stock. I have not been able to invest the money into stock as i would like due to bills & general living expenses from taking care of my family.
There is an email list of over 8000 customers from the U.S. & over 10,000 from around the world. instagram account has 60,000 followers & great engagement rate. Worldwide store has over 100 subscribers for products. U.S store has over 50 subscribers for products. - I have recently begun to shift my focus towards increasing subscribers & truly believe there is huge potential here.
There is very strong potential here for any buyer with the funds to scale this much further with improved inventory management & marketing.
