Why this business was started

I was inspired by seeing others doing the same thing, so started it so that i ca also be independent and can be a proud owner of an ecom store. I knew that these products would sell well, they target a wide audience and are very high quality and appealing.

We added categories from very popular industries and with more people looking to shop online, I knew that the store would do well. We currently have more than 50 products, of which 3 - 5 are supplied by our private supplier.

The reason of selling this business

I have started a marketing agency business and dont get much time to run the store as i was running the store myself. So thats why thought of giving it to someone who can give it time.

You can fulfil orders by yourself, put all daily orders in excel sheet, upload it to supplier, make the payment and it's done. You can hire someone to handle the customer service part at 5$ an hour), you can hire from fiverr or upwork for that.

Other details about profit: We have done more than $60000 in revenue but In the later half the revenue declined a bit because we were focusing on other projects, the store got halted a bit as we were not getting time to manage it, that is one of the reasons to sell this store. But one thing is for sure, this store is built with tremendous effort and everything is optimised based on data.     How to grow this business

    Currently this is a store with a private supplier from china who can ship 10k orders a day. Although very good, once the cash flow is there I would consider bulk buying to a fulfilment centre in the USA as that is where 99% of the customers are based.

    I would recommend scaling this store with the use of fb ads. The possibilities are endless with good fb lookalike audiences.

    We havent focused much on social media accounts, so practically there is no presence on Instagram, we just made a fb page to run facebook ads.

    So you need to make a new social media pages if you want presence on instagram organically.

    Skills to have

    Having a basic to advanced understanding of facebook ads or you can hire someone to run ads for you, ads will lead to great success with this store. You can scale sky high with fb lookalike audiences. I would also recommend using instagram influencer marketing.
