I always wanted to make it a brand and dominate the kitchen niche. I got into this business because I love digital marketing. I created this store after multiple failures. The products that I sell are products that I use at home personally which has allowed me to have content and a unique opinion

The reason of selling this business

I decided to sell it because I would like to have cash flow to develop another project in the digital world outside dropshipping

What's involved in running this business

It is a store on the French market, I have some customers from Belgium, Canada, Switzerland (French speaking countries). The management is relatively simple, the site is optimized for a fairly good conversion since its inception I turn at least 3% conversion rate. The customer service is managed by a freelance for over 2 months before I did it myself to know and understand my customers properly. My agent is reliable on the other hand delivery in 10-14d, I have not improved the time, nor the branding of the product. Only hard work is marketing on cold traffic. I have not developed the marketing mails/Sms except for the abandoned basket. Networks used: Only Facebook Ads A strong potential, I did not scaller on google!

Low profit because I invested a lot in visuals (photo, video, shorter delivery), as well as multiple tests on Facebook Ads to improve myself as a marketer. If I wouldn't have done so many tests, I would have performed better but that was not the goal. In March I didn't do much advertising because I was preparing my project and I was also preparing new content for my audience.

    I would develop abroad. Development of a packaging + options on the winner that would make it unique (a mistake I think during my scaling phases) Develop other marketing channels especially Google Ads, Pinterest and Tiktok. To see Instagram and influencers
