For getting traffic, I recommend running Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Email Marketing. I only ran Facebook Ads because that is my specialty but looking back, I was leaving easy money on the table by not email marketing and running Google Ads.
Content creation:
Coming up with new video creatives and testing variations of ads to maximize Click through Rate and minimize Cost Per Purchase. The product page is already optimized so you only need to focus on marketing and getting traffic to your site.
Order Fulfillment and Customer Support:
Communicating with the virtual assistant as well as the supplier daily to make sure all orders are being properly fulfilled.

I was able to do $10,000 in profit in September of 2019 and the future looked bright. I was sure that we could scale it even further to make $50,000 profit per month, but the reason why the sales dropped the next month is because someone (most likely a competitor) left very offensive and disturbing comments and memes on our reviews section. I accidentally left the review section settings so that any reviews would get automatically approved. The same day these reviews were left on our site was when our Facebook Ads started to lose performance. I shut off ads and left this store on pause because we had no clue why our ads stopped performing until about 3 weeks after the offensive comments were left in our reviews section. The reviews had nothing to do with our customer service or products, it was most likely a competitor who wanted to sabotage our business. The comments were very offensive comments and offensive photos of Donald Trump and some other non-related things. By the time I figured out what caused the performance in our ads to decline, I had already started scaling another dropshipping store so I never had the time to go back to this one. The only reason I am not spending my time on scaling this store back to where it was in September is because I am very busy with other businesses, especially my cosmetic brand that has the potential to become a 7-figure business.

I would focus on content creation with influencers, fiverr actors or anyone willing to record content with the product and even private label the product. This niche and product has a massive audience to target on Facebook and Google.
I would also start email marketing with Klaviyo or any other email marketing platforms. Our email list is very satisfied with our products so repeat purchases will be very easy. They have not been sold to yet with emails so they will convert very well.
